I have a great opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join my client in their Buckinghamshire office, due to expansion. I'm looking for a solicitor who can handle all stages of a caseload from inception to conclusion. 3 to 8 years PQE.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle clinical negligence cases, through all stages, from inception to conclusion.
  • Participate in fee-earning activities, according to your experience
  • Carry out typing and administrative tasks.
  • Be confident enough to work with minimal supervision
  • Work collaboratively 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years PQE in medical negligence.
  • Knowledge of existing caselaw and changes in fixed costs / medical negligence pre-action procedures.
  • Ability to meet set billing targets.
  • Ability to manage own administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to collaborate with the team.
