Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a real difference in early childhood education? A welcoming and forward-thinking school in Aylesbury is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their dynamic team from September 2025.

This school fosters a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where children aged 3–5 are supported to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Staff work closely together to create a safe, stimulating space that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every learner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in laying the foundations of learning for the youngest pupils. Your key duties will include:

  • Designing and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment that encourages exploration and independent learning
  • Monitoring and assessing each child's development, identifying areas for support, and tailoring learning strategies to meet individual needs
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of trust, collaboration, and community

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Proven experience working with early years children, ideally within a primary school setting
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a strong grasp of effective early years pedagogy
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire and engage young learners
