We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic primary school in the Aylesbury area. If you’re enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, we want to hear from you!

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum to young learners, ensuring they develop essential skills across all subject areas. You will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
• Assess and track students’ progress, identifying areas where support or challenge is needed
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet different learning needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting children’s social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupils’ overall development
• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a safe and respectful space for all learners

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in KS1 or a similar setting
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and current educational practices
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
