Joining a global leader in the financial services space, the individual in this role will act as a Strategic People Partner. They'll be responsible for shaping how our people strategy drives business success, working closely with senior leaders to influence everything from leadership capability to culture, talent, and transformation.

This is a crucial position that ensures the people's priorities are directly enabling the organisation's goals.

Headcount: 2

Location: Hybrid/3 days per week in Central Milton Keynes

Package: £70,000- £110,000 per annum, Discretionary Bonus & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with Executive and senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen capability, drive performance and embed cultural behaviours.
  • Shape and deliver strategic talent management and succession planning.
  • Advise on organisational design, change and transformation activity.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams to implement global and local people initiatives.
  • Use workforce data and analytics to inform decisions and future planning.
  • Drive engagement, DEI, wellbeing and cultural transformation through people-led initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring people solutions are fit for purpose and commercially aligned.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Strong HR business partnering experience at the senior leadership/ExCo level.
  • Proven expertise across strategic workforce planning, talent, culture and transformation.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to link people levers to business outcomes.
  • Skilled in coaching, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Confident using data and workforce analytics to drive decisions.
  • Background in a large corporate organisation OR owning a business area with 1,000+ heads.
  • Collaborative, curious and able to operate with autonomy in complex environments.
  • Experience working in Financial Services or Banking would be preferred.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.
