Are you someone who likes to take ownership of processes and has an eye for detail sharper than a CNC machine? You're reading the right advert if so. We're looking for a Quality Manager to take the reins on all things quality within a precision engineering business, supplying critical parts to the motorsport, automotive and aerospace industries.
The business;
The business are a highly thought of precision engineering business that supply precision parts and assemblies into some big names across multiple industries. They offer quick turn around manufacturing which really sets them apart from competitors.
The role;
You'll be the go-to person for ensuring standards never slip. From internal audits to customer quality concerns, from FMEAs to fixing root causes - if it's quality-related, you're involved in it. Leading a small quality team, you will set the standard and develop processes that improve the department and wider business.
What we need from you;
- Previous quality management experience within a precision engineering business
- Previously worked to ISO standards and implemented ISO accreditations
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Non-conformance reporting, Root Cause Analysis, internal & external reporting
