Based near Aylesbury you will be joining an ever-expanding, ambitious manufacturing business with great ambition to grow their engineering operations team. Due to this, they are seeking an experienced and passionate quality manager to join their team!

The Quality Manager will lead and continually improve the quality management systems and processes, ensuring all manufacturing tasks are carried out to the requirements, regulations and safety protocols of the customer.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop, implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality processes.
  • Plant and manage internal and external audits and assessments
  • Manage & mentor the quality team.
  • Create, maintain and develop quality KPI's, reports and performance reviews.
  • Ensure key standards are reviewed, measured and kept to consistently.

This is a summed-up list, and other responsibilities and duties will be required.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Ideally, 5 plus years' experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Batchelors degree or completed apprenticeship in a relevant engineering/manufacturing subject.
  • Understanding of the principals of the ISO & other quality management standards
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple avenues of colleagues.
  • Able to plan their own diary and work to strict timelines.
