About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Aston Clinton. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1
- A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement
