About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Aston Clinton. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1
  • A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • A proactive and flexible approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement
