Our client based in Aylesbury are looking to recruit a well experienced Warehouse Manager to join their fantastic business where they have a great range of benefits to also accompany the role.

Job Role

The warehouse manager oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring security and productivity. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and managing warehouse staff. This role also ensures adherence to safety protocols and meeting productivity targets. Your time will be taken up substantially in the day-to-day operations of warehouse, warehouse growth and general operations assistance.

Duties:

  • Managing stock levels, controlling inventory, and updating or implementing inventory management systems.
  • Overseeing the process of receiving shipments, organizing storage, and planning the dispatch of products with relevant QC
  • Supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Salary and Working Hours

£37,500 - £45,000 DOE Monday to Friday
