Position: Warehouse Supervisor Late Shift (2-10pm)
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: 33,000 per annum + 10% late shift premium

The Role:
As a Team Manager for the Late Shift, you will be integral to the Warehouse Operations team, ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities. This full-time, permanent role requires a proactive leader who can manage and motivate a team to meet and exceed quality standards, all while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure peak efficiency in warehouse operations using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
- Drive positive change by becoming a super user of the WMS.
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve daily operational issues and achieve performance goals.
- Manage staffing levels, approve leave requests, and handle absence management in line with company policy.
- Review and prepare workflow, staffing, space requirements, and action plans to ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations.
- Meet regularly with Senior Warehouse Management to develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Performance management of your team, including KPI reporting, attendance, development, investigations, and disciplinaries.
- Oversee accurate picking and packing of orders, ensuring all despatch parcels and pallets are ready for collection.
- Manage the safe and timely loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Oversee the put-away of inbound and kitted stock, cycle counts, stock takes, and replenishment of stock into the pick face.
- Complete picks for kitting and provide end-of-shift handover reporting.
- Secure the facility at the end of the shift and conduct daily briefings with the late shift team.
- Perform MHE checks before machinery use and ensure MHE is charged accordingly.
- Induct new staff and liaise with performance coaches regarding training and process implementation.
- Communicate any issues to account managers and administrators in a timely manner.
- Maintain general housekeeping and perform any other reasonable related duties as required.

About You:
Applicants should possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in a similar warehouse environment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a continuous improvement mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with confrontation and delivering direct feedback, with a robust understanding of health and safety regulations.

- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
