Job Title: Repairs Co-ordinator

Location: Aylesbury, Office based

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, shift work 8:30am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: 27,000 per annum

Holiday entitlement:

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays in the first year, increasing to 23 days thereafter

Responsibilities:
As a Repairs Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries from initial request through to job completion
  • Raising job packs and maintaining accurate job boards
  • Liaising with the Engineers Supervisor and Purchasing Manager for effective job scheduling
  • Producing accurate quotes and reports in a timely manner
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records in compliance with quality assurance policies

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in quoting and job-raising is essential
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and project planning abilities
  • A collaborative team player who is flexible and adaptable
