Your role will involve:

Planning and delivering high-quality music lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential involvement at A-Level depending on your experience.

Delivering engaging lessons that cover a broad spectrum of musical styles, encouraging students to develop both practical and theoretical expertise.

Supporting a busy co-curricular programme including choirs, orchestras, bands, and musical theatre productions.

Preparing students for GCSE music examinations, theory tests, and external graded exams, ensuring all learners receive tailored guidance to maximize their achievement.

Promoting musical appreciation and participation through concerts, workshops, masterclasses, and collaborative projects with other departments.

Participating in departmental planning, curriculum development, and student mentoring to ensure a consistent and ambitious learning experience.
