Compliance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance Engineer to support technical compliance activities across a diverse range of products and global markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, practical experience with testing and regulatory approvals, and a deep understanding of relevant EU and international compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Review technical documents and customer product samples to ensure compliance before submission to global regulatory authorities and test labs.

  • Manage type approval application processes for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to external test labs, customers, and internal teams.

  • Conduct limited in-house testing and sample screening.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical and regulatory issues.

  • Carry out technical research to stay updated with international compliance standards.

  • Develop and maintain training materials to support team knowledge sharing.

  • Ensure all tasks meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

  • Experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably in RF, EMC, or electronics compliance.

  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze technical documents, such as test reports, electrical schematics, and PCB layouts.

  • Hands-on experience with test equipment like spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
