Are you a passionate, reliable, and adaptable KS2 teacher looking for flexible work in Aylesbury? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Supply Teachers to support local primary schools with day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover starting in January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and early career teachers (ECTs) who want to gain experience in a variety of school settings, maintain work-life balance, or transition back into teaching.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching to Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 classes, following existing plans or adapting lessons to meet pupils’ needs.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports pupils’ academic and personal development.

  • Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and assessment.

  • Communicate effectively with teaching assistants, senior leaders, and support staff.

  • Be flexible, punctual, and professional while adapting to different school environments.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

  • Possess strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, including phonics (for KS1) and core subjects (for KS2).

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and a positive approach to learning and behaviour.

  • Be flexible and proactive, with the ability to quickly build rapport in new settings.

  • Have a genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young learners throughout their primary education journey.
