Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Aylesbury
Contract Details: Permanent, Full time
Salary: 32,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (30 mins lunch break)

Responsibilities:
As a Production Associate, you will:
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and test electrical, mechanical, and electro/mechanical products.
- Maintain high-quality standards in line with production specifications.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Proactively address any non-conformances and quality issues.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall production goals.
- Participate in packing and despatch activities.
Essential Skills:
- Mechanical build background with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic electrical knowledge, including soldering and routing cables.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
- Electro/mechanical qualification.
