About the Role:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of your production line, leading a team of 5 Production Operatives to deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Production Supervisor, you will set up and run your own production line.
- Manage and motivate a team of 5 operatives, including training, performance, sickness, and holiday management.
- Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure product and process quality standards are met.
- Report directly to the Shift Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous management or team leadership experience.
- A proactive, forward-thinking attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
