As a Client Executive, you'll be a key member of the Employee Benefits team, providing outstanding service to clients and prospects by adopting our unique Client Journey. This is a hands-on role requiring strong client management skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-class service to our Employee Benefits clients using the full end-to-end broking process

Proactively manage renewals and service delivery in collaboration with your team

Respond to client issues promptly and professionally

Build strong internal relationships with broking and technical teams

Ensure all activities align with company standards, policies, and processes

Accurately maintain client data and invoicing using business systems

Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to colleagues and our ecosystem

Experience in the Employee Benefits or insurance sector.
