As a Client Executive, you'll be a key member of the Employee Benefits team, providing outstanding service to clients and prospects by adopting our unique Client Journey. This is a hands-on role requiring strong client management skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class service to our Employee Benefits clients using the full end-to-end broking process

  • Proactively manage renewals and service delivery in collaboration with your team

  • Respond to client issues promptly and professionally

  • Build strong internal relationships with broking and technical teams

  • Ensure all activities align with company standards, policies, and processes

  • Accurately maintain client data and invoicing using business systems

  • Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to colleagues and our ecosystem

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the Employee Benefits or insurance sector.

  • Comfortable using client and business systems with good attention to detail
