Position: Art Teacher - Maternity Cover
Location: Aylesbury
Contract: Full-time (significant part-time considered)
As an Art Teacher in this Aylesbury provision, you'll deliver engaging and inclusive art lessons that encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression. You'll be supporting small groups of students who may have social, emotional, or mental health needs, adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (experienced instructors also considered)
- Have experience teaching art within a school or alternative provision setting
- Be passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
- Be resilient, patient, and able to build positive relationships with learners
