Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN), whether in a school or related setting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with students, parents, and staff members
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students who may have diverse learning needs
  • Team player mentality, with a collaborative approach to supporting both students and teaching staff
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to a variety of learning styles and challenges
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN (desirable, but not essential)
