In This Role You Will:

Teach small classes using tailored, multi-sensory approaches

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with EHCPs and developmental needs

Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and physical needs

Work closely with LSAs and families to maximise progress and engagement

Contribute to school-wide initiatives and curriculum development
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

QTS and experience in SEN or specialist education settings

Knowledge of strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, or Makaton

A calm, compassionate, and adaptable teaching style

An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one
