RICS Building Surveyor - Freelance

At Fitzgerald Surveying Services Ltd, we provide clients across the home counties and north london areas with a range of property surveys, and we're looking for an additional freelance RICS-accredited surveyor. 

Our company is growing fast and we're looking to expand our team!

This job offers a fleixble opportunity, which can be a full-time source of income, or an additional to ones current job role - as long as there is transparency and honesty from both parties, we're happy to create meaningful working relationships with the best professionals. 

As a minimum, we're looking for Associate Level RICS Surveyors, as the primary function of this job role will be to carry out Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, and produce reports accordingly. 

We will be expanding our company fast throughout the remainder of 2025, and this will include expanding into new locations and continuing to offer a wide range of services - which makes this an extremely exciting opportunity.
