The CNC Grinder position in Aylesbury offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
This role requires experience in a similar CNC Grinding position, ideally with Jones and Shipman machines.
The successful candidate will work with CNC Grinding machines on tooling projects and manufacture injection mould tooling.
Additional responsibilities include setting and operating various CNC machines and conducting quality checks on work.

Company Overview:
An international manufacturer of injection moulding tools are looking for experienced CNC Grinder to join a growing team, this position has become available to ongoing business and contract growth.
The Toolmaker role and responsibilities:

Use of CNC Grinding (Surface and Cylindrical) machines to work on tooling projects.
Manufacture of injection Mould Tooling.
Set and operate various CNC Machines working on a range of projects
Quality checking work and adhering to project requirements

Previous Experience:
Experience in manufacturing precision engineering components for moulds and tooling
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
Experience in a similar CNC Grinding position (Jones and Shipman Experience is desirable)
Ability to work to tight tolerances and high standards of quality
Previous experience in a precision tooling environment
Experience with CAD/CAM programming is a plus
