In the role of Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with the Directors sourcing candidates for client requirements. This is a 180 recruitment position. This role gives you a brilliant introduction into recruitment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)
- Pre screen and qualify candidates
- Compliance check
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Generate active and passive candidates
Experience required:
- Sales or phone based professional experience would be advantageous
- Experience in recruitment is not essential
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- This role is based in our Larkfield office and will involve travelling to our offices in Brighton and Nottingham with other members of the team.
