My client is looking for a Purchasing temp to join their Purchasing team on site.Â
Below are the key responsibilities;
- Updating Purchase orders on ASC with confirmed delivery dates
- Placing new POs as directed by the team
- Filing delivery documentation and C of As to PO files, making sure relevant departments receive a copy
- Creating daily inventory report in Excel
- Collating pricing information and updating price book for Finance
- Expediting orders and checking on delivery dates a week in advance
- Updating spreadsheets to advise internal and external warehouses of upcoming deliveries
- Checking order confirmations for pricing and delivery dates
- Obtaining freight quotes for sea and air shipments and logging to track savings
- Answering emails and queries from internal departments and suppliers
