Our clients are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate with a Structural Engineering background to join their Prestwick and Glasgow office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Engineer (CEng / MICE / MIStructE) who ideally is also SER Certified, looking to take on a leadership role within a well-established and respected practice.

About the Role
  • You will oversee a wide range of projects including local authority frameworks and Housing refurbishments.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high technical standards, and providing guidance to the wider engineering team.
  • You will also work closely with directors and colleagues across other offices to deliver high-quality, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions.
About You
  • Chartered Engineer with SER Certification 

  • Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design and delivery

  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing client relationships

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and with senior management

  • Commercially aware with an eye for efficiency and client care
