Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile renewable energy project in Ayrshire. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to drive project success within a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic environment.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of project delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will bring a strong track record in managing complex civil engineering projects and a commitment to delivering excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management across the project

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams

Manage project budgets, commercial performance, and financial control

Supervise, support, and develop site personnel to deliver results

Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project

Produce detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project records

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards

Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Civil Engineering

Proven experience managing complex civil engineering projects

Strong technical knowledge of civil site operations

Experience using Microsoft Project and working with NEC3/4 contracts

Excellent communication, leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
