Are you an experienced QHSE professional looking for an opportunity to make a visible difference with a family run manufacturing business in North Bristol. Morgan Mckinley are looking to recruit a QHSE Manager on a permanent basis to lead & enhance the company's safety, quality & environmental standards across its manufacturing operations.
You will have the autonomy to shape and improve integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001), drive a cultural shift from quality control to quality assurance and influence lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).?
- Conduct regular health, safety, and environmental audits, driving continuous improvement.?
- Lead risk management and accident investigations, implementing effective CAPA strategies.?
- Provide training and development to promote best practices across the organization.?
About You:
- Proven experience in managing and implementing Quality Management Systems.?
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.?
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to driving change.?
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines.?
