Sales Administrator
Location: Bagshot Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Hourly Rate: 13-14ph Working Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hours, includes weekends)
What You'll Do:
- Support the Sales Office Manager in managing all administrative activities that ensure the seamless operation of our Sales Office.
- Work closely with two Regional Managers to meet KPI figures and sales targets.
- Act as the essential link between our sales office, designers, our showrooms, and various internal departments.
Who You Are:
- You thrive in a busy office setting and are adept at multitasking.
- Proficient in PC skills and comfortable using various software.
- Self-motivated and have a positive communication style, engaging with a diverse team.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support the sales team.
- Maintain communication between sales, design, and management teams.
Ideal Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role (preferred).
- Strong customer service experience will set you apart!
