 THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Head of Creative & Production to come on board and lead their creative delivery team. A broad role responsibilities include:
- Overseeing design and execution of creative concepts
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and improved efficiencies
- Overseeing creative and production delivery on larger projects
- Client management at a strategic level including pitching as required
- Ensuring resource management and allocation for projects
- Senior level stakeholder management
- Line management and development of the team including identifying training needs
- Ensuring consistency across branding and messaging across projects
- Onsite management when required

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must come with a solid and proven background of managing and developing teams as well as overseeing creative and production delivery on a range of events. You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to motivate and drive the team to deliver cohesively and efficiently. Candidates must be able to travel onsite when required to oversee delivery.
