- Accurately setting up new case files based on solicitor instructions.
- Preparing bundles for court trials and hearings.
- Managing client communications and providing updates on case progression.
- Digital dictation transcription.
- Conducting relevant legal research.
- Maintaining and updating document management systems accurately.
- Coordinating diaries and providing general administrative support to the team.
- Liaising with barristers, courts, and third parties to arrange meetings or follow up on court orders.
- Ideally 2+ years' administrative experience in a legal litigation environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
