Are you a results-driven digital marketer who thrives on improving online performance and delivering measurable growth? We're on the lookout for a proactive Online Marketing Executive to join a fast-expanding consumer brand that's undergoing an exciting phase of digital innovation.

In this pivotal role, you'll help maximise online visibility and sales across multiple websites and key retail channels. You'll collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams to plan and execute impactful digital campaigns, ensuring the brand stands out and every customer interaction counts.

Job Title: Online Marketing Executive

Location: Bagshot

Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimise online marketing campaigns to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions across web and partner platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance and site analytics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to identify insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain and enhance on-site content, navigation, and promotional activity to align with trading and marketing objectives
  • Partner with retail and digital stakeholders to deliver joint campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Support sales and trading initiatives through regular performance monitoring, reporting, and recommendations for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless online experiences that strengthen customer engagement and retention
  • Assist in the planning of digital calendars, promotional schedules, and performance reviews

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or digital trading
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, UX best practices, and web performance metrics
  • Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar analytics and trading platforms
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
