Management Accountant
Inspire are thrilled to be supporting a growing multi-site business with a strong online presence across multiple brands. As they continue to scale, we are looking for a commercially-minded and proactive Management Accountant to join the team and help strengthen the financial oversight and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver quarterly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight for decision-making
- Break down consolidated P&L into detailed site- and product-level reporting to enable performance tracking and analysis
- Assist with the integration and amalgamation of multiple e-commerce platforms into Shopify, ensuring a smooth transition from a finance perspective
- Work autonomously to collate financial and operational information to support business performance improvements.
- Review and validate the work of junior finance team members, including VAT returns, payroll submissions, and purchase order approvals
- Identify process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with operations, sales, and e-commerce teams to support financial planning and analysis
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in management accounting with exposure to multi-site or multi-channel environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of financial processes
- systems integrations or finance transformation projects.
