Portfolio Payroll is working alongside an award-winning independent hospitality business based in Derby who are looking to add a Payroll Admin to their established team. They are growing and are looking for an experienced candidate in payroll on a Part-time basis for 20 hours a week, covering working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, as a Payroll Admin you will be responsible for:
- End to end payroll processing
- Ensure proper PAYE, National Insurance and Pension deductions are made and submitted to in a timely manner
- Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries
- Ensuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Pension Contributions.
- Updating policy with regards to Payroll
- General administrative duties
- Sage Payroll systems experience ideally
