Dayshifts only - 5 days in 7 -includes weekends
At least 1 weekend off a month
This venue is seeking a Food and Beverage manager to assist the GM and help run this incredibly busy Deli, shop and café restaurant serving an array of quality fresh meals in the café all made with locally sourced ingredients, opening from early morning until early evening.
The deli/shop has a wide range of quality freshly made produce and locally sourced and made items.
This Food and Beverage manager role is a very hands on role in a very busy venue which will also include managing various events
The successful applicant for this Food and Beverage Manager role will have Management experience within a busy fresh food led operation ideally a Independent restaurant, café setting . Someone with retail experience would also be ideal
This Food and Beverage Manager post is a permanent, full time role
