Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

  • Confident in preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced kitchen

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Preparing mise en place and managing your section during service
  • Cooking and presenting dishes in line with the kitchen's fine-dining standards
  • Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Helping with training and mentoring junior members of the brigade
  • Always maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal updates
