The ideal Chef de Partie will want to work a 5 day out of 7 rota but other hours maybe considered.

The candidate will have the following attributes:
- Kitchen experience within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to create exciting dishes using fresh ingredients.
- Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for food.
- A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
