Senior NPD Technologist - Responsibilities & Requirements

Must have experience within food manufacturing
Strong understanding of the science behind recipe formulation insights
Will have HACCP knowledge and understanding by qualification or experience
Must have strong communication skills and be able to confidently build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and retailers
Confident working within a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines
Responsible for sending out samples and meeting required delivery deadlines
Working closely with spec writer to ensure alignment and consistency with project updates
Responsible for sending out photography and PR samples
Supporting with business projects
Attending all customer submission meetings
Undertaking all tasks associated with product launch
Consistently complying and assisting with the implementation of quality, food safety and legalities
A positive attitude and a creative flair are a must!
