Hygiene Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have experience within an FMCG manufacturing setting
- Responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining the hygiene regime within the site
- Supervising the team of hygiene operators across various shifts
- Consistently ensuring compliance to various safety standards
- Coaching and training the hygiene team and setting and improving the hygiene standards
- Must have a solution minded approach with a positive attitude
- Driving and implementing significant change and improvement in cleaning efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive the planning and co-ordination of the daily and routine hygiene cleans & deep clean cycles
- Populate and maintain CICs, SDS and procedures. Ensure that training is carried out.
- GMP & Hygiene Inspection Audits with Technical and Ops.
- Employing effective root cause analysis to drive SMART actions, leading to improved overall results to improve hygiene standards.
- Management and achievement of KPI’s across the site.
