Our 5 AA Red Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales and the UK set in the stunning Bala area.
The successful Restaurant Manager will be available for a variety of shifts including on weekends. Working on a 5 day out of 7 rota basis.
What we offer:
- Package up to £36k plus tips and Pension.

The candidate will have the following attributes:
- Restaurant experience within the hospitality industry.
- Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for customer service.
- A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
- Immaculate presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.
- Ambitious to work in a Michelin Star environment.
