Location: Baldock

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35hrs)

Our client, a respected provider of Publishing and Membership Administration services, is seeking a Membership Administration Assistant to join their busy office in Baldock. You’ll become an integral part of a small, dynamic team, handling various aspects of membership administration while delivering outstanding service to their clients and members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new member applications, subscription renewals, and payments.
  • Preparing letters and dispatching mailings.
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries with a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintaining membership records using Microsoft CRM software.
  • Assisting with general office duties, including handling post and supporting team members.
  • Participating in the promotion of seminars and conferences.
  • Supporting the team at an annual exhibition in London (this year on Tuesday, 11th November at the QEII Conference Centre, including possible overnight stay).

Responsibilities:

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT, including accurate data entry.
  • Clear telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • A customer-focused, proactive, and cheerful attitude.
  • Team-oriented and approachable personality.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Previous office experience.
