Assistant Headteacher- The Role:

The successfully appointed Assistant Headteacher will be required to play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience of our pupils. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team you will lead the strategic development of curriculum, teaching, and assessment across the school and ensure pupils have access to an engaging, inclusive curriculum that supports progress for all, including those with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will also contribute to the school culture, behaviour, and safeguarding, ensuring high standards for all. You will be required to have QTS and  evidence if professional development for leadership.

Assistant Headteacher- The School:

This special school caters to boys aged 11-16 with emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. It functions as a special school offering provision for pupils who have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school offer a nurturing, inclusive environment for students with SEMH and/or other associated needs.
