M&E Project Engineer – Baldock – £400-£425/day Ltd (Negotiable)
Drive the Delivery of Critical Wastewater Infrastructure Projects

The Role/About You
We’re seeking a highly organised and technically astute M&E Project Engineer to join the delivery team on two pivotal wastewater infrastructure schemes in Hertfordshire. This is a site-based coordination role, ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within the water sector.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Non-Infra M&E packages—from early investigations through to commissioning and handover. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating design queries, managing subcontractors, reviewing health & safety documentation, and ensuring all technical deliverables are met to programme and budget.

This is not a tools-based role, but rather a strategic and operational position requiring excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills.
