Paramount Personnel is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor for this award winning Hotel in the Braemar area. As a Hotel night auditor, you will be responsible for all night procedures including managing the safety of both guests and buildings. You will ensure smooth operations during the night hours, providing support to the guests and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. In addition to the night shift responsibilities, as a night auditor, you will be responsible for performing and carrying out financial reports, and so will have great attention to detail.
As a night auditor, your responsibilities will include;
- Performing end of day audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and balance in all financial transactions.
- Generating daily reports and reconciling accounts.
- Maintaining a secure and safe environment for our guests and staff.
- Provide an exceptional guest service, including check in/check out, whilst handling customer enquiries.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a true passion for excellent customer service are key to this role. As the Night Auditor, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills and a hands-on approach, be very well presented, and be ready for guest arrivals at any given time.
