HVAC Technician - Join a Leading Retail Facilities Team
Location: Various store locations (daily travel required)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (42.5 hours/week) with a standby rota (1 week every 4 weeks)
Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking to work in a dynamic, multi-site retail environment? We're recruiting for a critical role responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained stores across the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Performing scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on HVAC plant and equipment in line with established procedures
- Responding promptly and professionally to service call requests and alarms, assessing and completing repairs efficiently
- Servicing and maintaining a variety of HVAC assets including air handling units, gas-fired heating systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, heat pumps, split air conditioning, and associated plant
- Identifying faults beyond repair and advising on recommended replacements
- Always working within strict Health, Safety & Environmental standards
What you'll need:
- Recognised Commercial Gas qualifications with at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1
- F Gas (2079) qualification
- 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification (desirable)
- Experience working with HVAC and gas systems in multi-site environments
- Valid full driving licence with willingness to travel daily between locations
- A professional, friendly, and flexible attitude with a hands-on, can-do approach
