Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Ballyclare
Salary and Benefits: Salary dep on experience.
Hours- 8.30am - 4.30pm

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful organisation based In Ballyclare. They are now growing their Accounts function and seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team. Reduced hors will also be considered.
The Right role:
Manage Accounts Payable process: Process supplier invoices, compile monthly supplier payment runs, reconcile supplier statements etc
· Processing interdepartmental invoices and allocation to cost centres
· Analysis and preparation of employee expenses
· Compilation of monthly KPI’s to enable decision making
· Preparation and posting of journals at month end, including accruals and prepayments
· Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
· Preparation and submission of VAT returns
· Meeting month end deadlines
The Right Fit:
- Be part qualified or qualified (IATI, CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)- candidates who are not part- qualified will also be considered.
- Possess previous experience of the aforementioned key duties and responsibilities (experience of preparing management accounts, stock reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations is highly desirable but not essential)
- Possess excellent general IT skills including advanced level experience of Microsoft Excel (regular use of pivot tables, V look-ups, advanced formulae)
