Delivery Driver - Temp
Location : Strathfoyle, Londonderry, Northern Ireland
14.53 - 18hrs( flexible rota mornings & afternoons)
Overview:
We're recruiting a reliable Delivery Driver to support a public-sector service based in Derry. The role involves driving a designated vehicle, handling deliveries, and supporting stock movements. Some lone working and travel to other local sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and lawful operation of a company vehicle
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness
* Loading/unloading stock and equipment
* Keeping accurate logs for mileage, fuel, and maintenance
* Supporting day-to-day service delivery as needed
Requirements:
* Valid Category C1 driving licence
* 2+ years' experience in a driving or delivery role
* Confident with manual handling
* Flexible availability across morning and afternoon shifts
* Able to pass enhanced background checks
Desirable:
Experience working with library materials or public services
