Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations

Lead and inspire a small team of chefs to deliver consistently high standards

Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard, every service

Maintain stock levels, ordering, and waste management

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Contribute to menu planning and development with creativity and flair
About You:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up

Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Calm, organised, and efficient under pressure

A hands-on team player with a strong eye for detail
