Reed HR are working with a fast growing client, to join their dynamic People and Talent team at their head office in Banbridge as an Organisational Design Specialist. Due to accelerated growth, they are seeking an experienced organisational design professional to help align the company structure with strategic goals and expansion.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement, using surveys, interviews, and observations.
  • Strategic Development: Align organisational development strategies with business goals and facilitate strategic planning sessions.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, manage resistance to change, and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and develop training programs, including leadership development and succession planning.
  • Team Building and Facilitation: Facilitate workshops to promote teamwork and collaboration, and support in enhancing team dynamics.
  • Performance Management: Review and refine performance management systems, and consult on performance appraisals.
  • Organisational Design: Advise on structural changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and help redesign processes.
  • Culture Enhancement: Initiate programs to foster a positive organisational culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Talent Management: Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies, and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching to executives and develop mentoring programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or Organisational Development.
  • Key Skills:
    • Analytical skills to assess organisational structures and recommend improvements.
    • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
    • Experience in change management and systems thinking.
    • Business acumen to ensure organisational designs align with company goals.
  • Experience:
    • Relevant industry experience in organisational design within HR, management consulting, or business operations.
    • Leadership experience and experience working with senior management on strategic initiatives.
  • Preferred Certifications: CIPD, CCMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
