Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

Quality checking products from Production.

Packing and dispatching completed orders via Royal Mail or couriers.

Booking in new orders received online, via post, and email.

Handling customer service calls and emails related to products, services, and orders.
Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in similar roles advantageous but not required; full training provided.

Computer literate with proficiency in basic office software.
Essential Skills & Attributes:

Positive, flexible team player with strong organizational skills.

Self-motivated and capable of independent work.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Effective problem-solving ability to resolve customer queries promptly.
Salary & Benefits:

12.21 per hour (25,396.80 per annum equivalent).

Full-time position: 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (40 hours).
