Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Administrator to join their friendly team supporting both their Banbury and Bicester offices.
About the Role:
This is a varied administrative role providing essential support for Client Managers. You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients—both in person and online—and will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors, clients, and prospects professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls, post, and emails in the admin inbox
- Make outbound calls to clients regarding onboarding documents and outstanding payments
- Book meetings into Directors’ and Client Managers’ diaries
- Process invoices and payments via QuickBooks
- Record and scan client paperwork and electronically file using Virtual Cabinet
- Liaise with HMRC and newly signed clients to gather key documentation
- Share approved documents with Companies House and clients as required
