We are seeking experienced Assembly Production Operatives to sub-assemble components and create finished assemblies for a variety of automotive hydraulic systems. This role involves working with parts, testing, and validating systems and assembly components within a cleanroom environment for the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities.

  • Assemble parts and components at a subassembly level, including hydraulic assemblies.
  • Combine subassemblies and components to create finished systems.
  • Operate machinery and equipment in the assembly process, ensuring efficient workflow, and raising any issues during operation.
  • Carry out hands on work competently and with set production times.
  • Perform end of line testing on assembled parts.
  • Work to drawings and procedures.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Assemble products and hydraulic systems according to specifications and quality standards.

You will need to have experience in a similar Assembly Operative role, as well as possessing a flexible approach to work and be able to work calmly under pressure. You will have strong attention to detail in identifying defects, with a basic understanding of principles in machinery and equipment operation.
